By completing an order form on the rmk website you are indicating you wish to make a purchase products indicated on the order, and authorising us to recover through your credit card payment due to us. We may accept or decline the order based on availability of goods and other factors. If we accept your order we will email confirming the order and price of goods. As rmk will communicate with you about your order using email a valid email address must be provided to rmk for this purpose.
All prices on the Website are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. GST is subject to change and users of the rmk Website will not be informed by rmk if a change occurs. All prices are subject to change. All prices displayed on this Website are only valid online at the time shown.
You are able to cancel your order before it is dispatched by rmk. rmk will not charge you for the orders cancelled nor will we charge you a cancellation fee. However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order. rmk also reserves the right to cancel your order if you provide an unauthorised credit card, if we are unable to process payment on the credit card provided, if you provide invalid personal details or if the product becomes unavailable. rmk reseves the right to cancel any order without prejudice. We will notify you when we cancel your order.
Credit card information collected for the purpose of payment of products purchased at RMK will be stored securely using a PCI DSS compliant solution. RMK stores and process’s its payments througn an eWAY hosted solution. View eWAY’s PCI DSS compliance certificate. Credit card information will be masked on your account and will not be visible to our Customer Service team. Provision of credit card information as payment for the product/s constitutes an agreement of your purchase of the selected product/s. You must not pay or attempt to pay for product/s using fraudulent credit card information.
As part of creating your rmk account you will be required to provide a password and it is your responsibility to maintain the security of your password. Each time you use the password, you will be deemed to be ‘authorised to access’, and use the Website in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions. This means that you are responsible for any products purchased using your account details. If you breach any of the terms and conditions, rmk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice to you. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to access the Website. If you are awaiting delivery of products, rmk reserves the right to cancel your order. A refund may be issued to the credit card provided during the purchase process. You must notify rmk if at any time you believe someone has access to your password.
Vouchers and Promotions rmk uses vouchers for promotional purposes from time to time. Vouchers are in AUD and will have differing conditions pertaining to them. No cash redemption for a voucher code is possible. The vouchers are a one time offer off the total invoice amount and may be limited to a certain product quantity. Each voucher code may only be used once per customer by entering it during checkout on rmkshoes.com.au and by clicking "Apply Coupon".
