At rmk we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, although we understand that occasionally you’ll place an order for something that doesn’t suit.
We are happy to offer you a full refund of your purchase, less the cost of shipping, as long as it is returned within 14 days of receiving them.
To return your purchases, all you need to do is pack them back into all their original packaging and call our Customer Service team on 1800 999 919 to arrange a pickup. We’ll email you a consignment note that you will need to print out and present to the courier when he arrives to collect your return. If you don’t have access to a printer, let us know and we will post it out to you. We’ll advise you when we’ve received your purchase back, and you should receive your refund in 3 – 5 days (it can take longer depending upon your bank).
All items need to be returned to us unmarked, without signs of wear and tear, and in their original, undamaged packaging. For shoes, please make sure you try them on somewhere they won’t get marked or damaged in any way. If they do show signs of wear or damage we may have to decline your refund. In this unlikely event we’ll let you know by email and return them to you.
